Privacy Policy

DealPrepare collects the documents you upload and the information you provide in order to analyze your dealer quotes using AI. We do not sell your personal information.

Uploaded documents are stored securely and used only to generate your analysis. Anonymized, aggregate data derived from scans (e.g. average doc fees by region) may be used to improve our analysis and power the Dealer Transparency Index. No personally identifiable information is included in aggregate data.

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting our support team.

We use Supabase for authentication and data storage, Stripe for payment processing, and Anthropic Claude for AI analysis. Each provider maintains their own security and privacy standards.

This policy will be updated as the product evolves. Continued use of DealPrepare constitutes acceptance of the current policy.
