DealPrepare provides AI-powered analysis of dealer documents to help consumers make informed car buying decisions. Our analysis is informational only and does not constitute legal or financial advice.

By using DealPrepare, you agree to upload only documents you have the right to share. You retain ownership of your documents. You grant DealPrepare a limited license to process them for the purpose of generating your analysis.

Purchases are non-refundable once a scan has been delivered. If a scan fails to complete, your purchase entitlement is not consumed and remains available.

DealPrepare is not responsible for decisions made based on AI analysis. Always verify important figures independently before signing any contract.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that misuse the platform, including uploading irrelevant documents or attempting to circumvent usage limits.
