DealPrepare provides AI-powered analysis of dealer documents to help consumers make informed car buying decisions. Our analysis is informational only and does not constitute legal or financial advice.

By using DealPrepare, you agree to upload only documents you have the right to share. You retain ownership of your documents. You grant DealPrepare a limited license to process them for the purpose of generating your analysis.

A purchase is non-refundable once its scan or Expert Review has been delivered. If you bought something by mistake and haven't used it, contact us within 48 hours of purchase for a refund. If a scan fails to complete, your purchase is not used up and remains available.

DealPrepare is not responsible for decisions made based on AI analysis. Always verify important figures independently before signing any contract.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that misuse the platform, including uploading irrelevant documents or attempting to circumvent usage limits.
